Fees and registrationOnline registration to the Spring School and to the International Conference will open on March 26 until April 21, 2025 (noon, French hour CET).

The registration fees include admission to all courses and/or scientific sessions, conference material (badge, program, etc.), coffee breaks, lunches, social event and dinners open to all participants. All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Payment The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque platform.
Cancellations A refund of the full fee is possible if the cancellation request is sent by e-mail before April 28, 2025. After this date, no refund will be possible. The cancellation request must be justified by the occurrence of recognized serious conditions having physically prevented the person from attending the event such hospitalization, or by a serious and recognized family event. Refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months. |
